How do you dig it?

Our team of professionals goes through with a fine-toothed comb, neatly presenting and pricing all objects in the home. Items such as photographs, personal information and paperwork are always safely stowed in a lockable room. Families are welcome to go through the home and pull personal items beforehand, however, we strongly encourage you to not throw ANYTHING away, as EVERYTHING can be sold. You’d be surprised at what people will buy.

Once the home is organized and priced, we list the sale online. With professional quality photographs and detailed descriptions, we draw as many people as possible to your sale.

As the sale runs we operate just as any store would, compiling an inventory of items sold, cleaning, reorganizing and helping move any sizable items out of the home.

Within a week after the sale, you will receive the sale proceeds, less our percentage, in the form of a Cashier’s Check. The family can keep the remaining items, or we offer a clean-out service.
